"A Beautiful Truth"
It was Christmas eve, late at night. Snow fell from the sky in tiny, fluffy, white clouds. Through the window, through frosted over glass, it looked even more beautiful. Stars dotted the dark blue sky, and the moon shone through the whiteness, casting a pale glow on the room, which was only lit by a small fireplace. There was a Christmas tree in the corner, decorated in a charming yet simplistic manner, a small silver star atop of it. A girl with long blonde hair, Himeko Kurusugawa, was sitting in front of the fireplace, her head rested on her palms as she watched the flames flicker and dance in a hypnotic fashion, the orange lights reflecting in her violet eyes. She smiled, losing herself in thought. The room was mostly silent, all except for the soft crackling of the fireplace as the wood burned slowly. She felt, at that time, extremely content and at peace. The warmth of the fire spread over her fragile body, and she sighed, in-taking more and more of it's gentle heat with each breath. As she allowed her eyes to flutter to a close, she could feel complete and utter calm taking over her body. Soon enough, she fell into a deep sleep, curled up on the floor.

The clock struck '12:am'. As it did, the front door to this small cottage in the country-side opened slowly, breaking the silence. Chikane Himemiya, a beautiful, tall woman with long dark hair, delicate pale skin, and eyes of the deepest ocean-blue, entered their home. Himeko stirred slightly, but did not wake up, simply muttering soft words in her sleep. Chikane walked into the kitchen, placing a bag of various groceries down on the counter. She stopped for a moment, closing her eyes and intaking the peaceful atmosphere. She wondered where her beloved little princess would be. In bed, perhaps? Then she could crawl in next to her . . . Like she always did. She smiled at the thought, however nerves knotted her stomach again as she remembered just what she had gone out for. She reached into the pocket of her purple winter jacket, taking out a small crimson box. She stared at it for several moments, so many thoughts racing through her mind, wondering if Himeko would accept such a gift . . . Something so bold and sudden. She enclosed her fingers around it, holding the box against her chest, near her heart. "It's now or never . . . " She nodded in determination, taking the item out of it's box and placing it in her pocket, turning around swiftly and exiting the room before she lost her nerve. She entered the living room as quietly as she could, opening the door with the utmost care. Wherever Himeko was, and she assumed she was likely asleep, she did not want to disturb the sleeping beauty. She needed time to prepare her nerves. Much to her dismay, however, she saw Himeko slowly sitting up, obviously waking up from her slumber by the fireplace, disturbed by the noise. She rubbed her eyes, yawning tiredly, glancing over her shoulder. "Oh, Chikane-chan . . . " She smiled, this gesture more radiant than the sun, causing the taller woman blush deeply, her pale cheeks turning a delicate hue of pink. Chikane said nothing, simply walking over to Himeko and kneeling down next to her, gazing straight into her eyes. The blonde girl stared back, a little unsure. It was rare she saw such determination in her normally calm lover's eyes. Chikane bit her lip, trembling slightly, the pink on her cheeks darkening to a crimson. Himeko tilted her head to the side, her brow furrowing in concern. "Chikane-chan? What's wrong . . . ?" She reached out, touching the woman's shoulder gently. Chikane shuddered, looking down for a moment. She took a deep breath, letting out a long sigh after. She then returned her gaze to Himeko's. "Darling . . . " She began, reaching one hand out to stroke the blonde's cheek gently, tucking several strands of her hair behind her ear. "I . . . " She began to stutter, her body tensing up with nerves. She paused, stroking Himeko's cheek with a trembling hand, "Himeko, I love you. I love you more than anything, more than the moon or sun, more than all the stars in the night sky, more than any other human being could ever begin to comprehend." Chikane took Himeko's hand in her own, shaking all the while, reaching her other hand into her pocket. She took out a beautiful silver ring, slowly sliding it onto Himeko's slender finger, smiling nervously as she did so. The blonde's eyes widened, and she let out a small gasp, gazing at Chikane like she could scarcely believe what she was seeing. " Himeko Kurusugawa . . . Will you do me the honor of being my wife?" Chikane breathed, her words shaky but full of complete love and adoration. Himeko paused for several seconds, and what seemed like an eternity to the other women. Chikane's heart nearly stopped, and she awaited the answer, her heart pounding violently against her fragile chest. Himeko reached out, running one hand through Chikane's long hair. She smiled. "Yes. Of course I will. I could never see my life with any other." Chikane didn't just smile at Himeko's words, she completely grinned, her eyes lighting up, her cheeks flaring to an almost impossible hue of strawberry-like red. She practically flung herself at Himeko, knocking her to the floor in the process. Chikane stared down at her one and only, her blushing face, her big beautiful eyes, and her heart nearly melted. Never had she felt so completely happy in her entire life. She brushed the hair from the girl's face, leaning down. "Merry Christmas, my love." After these words, Chikane captured her princess in a long, loving, passionate kiss, their lips locking with one another's, their fingers intertwining, their hearts becoming as one. That night, they made love for the first time, again and again, their passion swelling like an orchestra, their love completely overwhelming the both of them. As that night passed and it went on to morning, they woke up beside eachother, Himeko wrapped up protectively in Chikane's arms. Never again would they part. Not for anything. Not for anyone. This was thier fate, and they weren't about to let eachother go again, no matter what.

I love with my heart
I love with all my heat,
I love with all my soul,
I love no matter what people say,
We lie together,
We hold each other,
We make love to each other,
People stare,
People point,
People judge us,
But we love each other no matter what,
But we hold hands in the street and don't care,
But we still feel the pain,
For we are gay and it is still a way of life!

Homework Help. 1.
Konata Izumi streatched on her bed and sighed. It had been a long day and she was exhausted. She knew that she had a lot of homework but hey, she wasn't doing it. She copied Kagami, and even that involved effort, in which she thought tiring. She'd much rather read her collection of mangas.
She continued reading her lastest manga with another heavy sigh.
'Hmm, Yuri...' Konata thought dreamily.
Yuri was her favourite manga, though she'd never admit it to Kagami. She had never even told Kagami that she liked Yuri's. The thought crossed her to tell her bestfriend...but she dismissed it at once.
"Ugh, what would she think?! A perverted teenage

you walk towards me
You walk towards me a smile on your face,
You walk up to me and I feel the love you feel for me,
You stop and look into my eyes with your beautiful hazel eyes,
I feel my cheeks began to blush,
I feel my heart flutter and skip a beat,
I feel my knees go weak but I stay on my feet,
With a soft hand you touch my face,
With a gentle smile you lean in close,
With soft lips you kiss my lips,
My eyes widen,
My breath gets caught in my throat,
My heart beating like a drum,
And in that moment,
In that moment of the kiss,
I know that maybe you really do love me.

An incredibly soppy, probably slightly cheesy, but hopefully heart-warming little Christmas fanfiction I managed to write despite having much writer's block. It features the lovely girls of Kannazuki No Miko, Himeko and Chikane. I hope you guys enjoy it. Merry Christmas!
